By downloading, accessing, or using GhostVault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
GhostVault is a password manager and two-factor authentication application that allows users to securely store and manage their passwords, generate 2FA codes, and access premium features through subscription.
As a user of GhostVault, you agree to:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your master password and for all activities that occur under your use of the App. GhostVault cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
GhostVault offers premium features through subscription. Premium features include:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by GhostVault and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GHOSTVAULT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
While GhostVault uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that data loss will never occur. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your vault data using the provided backup features.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://ghostvault.app/privacy
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
